How do P&C Toys support learning?

Your vehicle may have entered Auto Sleep Mode, a built-in power-saving function. This occurs only when the vehicle is set to ON or R/C mode and both the car and the remote remain inactive for over 5 minutes. This is an expected part of the design—not a malfunction.

To reactivate the vehicle, simply press the button on the vehicle once. (For the AEROQUEST I/R Control Pick Up Truck, simply turn the switch back on once.)

Are your toys good for family playtime?

In Sleep Mode, the car temporarily stops receiving remote signals to save power. For safety and reliability, only the button on the vehicle can wake it. (For the AEROQUEST I/R Control Pick Up Truck, simply turn the switch back on once.) After waking, all remote functions will work normally again.

Are P&C Toys gift-ready?

By entering a low-power state when the vehicle and remote are both idle, the toy avoids constant battery drain during short pauses in play.

This helps extend overall playtime and reduces battery replacement frequency.

Do you ship internationally?

Try the following quick checks:

Ensure both the car and the remote have batteries installed correctly, with the positive and negative ends aligned with the markings

Make sure all batteries are from the same brand and type, and avoid mixing new and used batteries

Confirm the remote is switched on

Remove the vehicle from areas with strong wireless interference (Wi-Fi routers, large electronics, etc.)
