Thank you for visiting and shopping at PnCkids. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Flat Shipping Cost: $2.99. We currently do not offer free shipping.

Shipping Destination
Currently, we only ship to the United States.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). Tracking information will usually become active within 24 hours.
Additional Shipping Information

We strive to offer same-day fulfillment on most weekdays, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday night or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

If your item arrives damaged, broken, disfigured, or melted, please contact us for a full refund or replacement upon providing reasonable proof.

Order cancellations must be submitted via email before your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check your mailbox and contact the carrier with your tracking number for assistance.

PnCkids is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed to the carrier.

Delivery delays may occur during peak order volumes. If your order arrives significantly later than expected, you may qualify for a partial refund, unless notice of delay and cancellation options have already been provided.
