Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please email info@pnckids.com before your order has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received, our team will process it promptly. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been dispatched.

Returns and Exchanges

✅ Returns or exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
✅ Please contact us at info@pnckids.com to obtain return authorization and shipping instructions.
🚫 Do not send any items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return:

• Items must be in the same condition as received

• Unused, with original tags and packaging intact

📦 Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the actual return shipping cost. We do not charge any handling or restocking fees.

The return shipping address will be provided via email after your request is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
